Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or Personalized Products
  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will investigate your request and provide a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, MART FURY EU will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, please follow our return procedure after receiving your order.

Exchange Policy

We replace items only if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly delivered
